May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Here at the Art Room, we value everyone’s mental health and we hope that any art you create can stimulate positivity in your life.

Our mission has always been to encourage healing and recovery through expressive art experiences for people who face mental health challenges. We aim to promote art as a means of coping and as a method for creating greater resilience in managing emotions and stress.

If you are in need of ideas to get your creative juices flowing while replenishing your mental health, you came to the right place! We offer weekly sessions that focus on the creative processes of therapeutic art-making as well as learning about all kinds of different art styles.
