This Thursday, 1/28/21, from 6:00-7:30, Kenny and Megan will be leading the class in using the symbols of me page that you created last Thursday to fold into a box (or, if you don't have the symbols of me page finished or didn't come to that class, a blank sheet of paper is fine too). Then during the class you'll identify and write down ideas for activities that you can get involved with that are COVID safe, and using other forms of origami, you'll fill the box with those ideas. We are hoping it will be a reminder box of what you can do if you are down or anxious, a supportive idea box for your future self.

For the class you will need:

• 8x11 sheet of paper and/or symbols of me page

• Other paper, Origami paper, or colored paper

• pencil/pen

• Tape or glue

• Scissors
