Using printmaking tools and supplies, we will be making a chop, or a personal signature stamp, for use to sign off on your artwork. This class will be led by Dorothy Pennington, a local artist and volunteer with The Art Room.

An artist chop is an image that represents you, that you can then stamp on your future artworks in place of a signature. Through the class you will learn how to design, transfer, carve and print your signature design. Take a look at the end of this email for some examples and inspiration!
