Join the group in a live session for open studio in the park, or to continue to learn about painting nature, Sumi-e style. We'll meet at the Emily Fowler Library off Oakland Street on the East side. You can bring your own art supplies, a chair or blanket, though there are some benches available, and water to stay hydrated. We will continue with our COVID in-person protocol by asking you to wear masks and practice social distancing.
In the park, you can do any art you desire. Let’s try out our new learned skills in art, using watercolor, acrylic, Sumi-e paintings of the flora around you, or any media of your choice. We are hoping it is a nice day and we can all relax and be together. But... if it rains or it is cold (which could be the case) we will be prepared to continue with Sumi-e #3, Painting A Rose on Zoom (the Rose class will happen the next Saturday if we go to the park this Saturday).
